Site survey / soil investigation, Site preparation, Foundation works, Cable trench / duct banks
/ pipe trench, Roads / fence, Integrated drainage system, Building structures including MV &
LV Switchgear Building, Switchgear room, hydrogen plant building, Miscellaneous civil works,
Permanent Fence, Case compressor building the Power Plant Expansion includes, but not limited to complete 4 x
PG7141 (FA) Gas Turbine and hydrogen cooled generator with all BOP
where BOP includes main step-up Transformers, Aux-Transformers
ISO phase Bus Duct, Generator Breaker, hydrogen generating plant
and CEMS.
Electrical Works
Cables (Power & Control),MV Cables (Interface with UAT), LV Power Cables
(Between Transformers & LV Switchgear),LV Control & Protection Cables,Protection relay
panels for unit auxiliarytransformer,Two cubicle interface with exiting high voltage system,
MV switchgears, LV switchgears, LV distribution & lighting boards, Lighting system (Internal &
External including poles), Transformers (LV unit auxiliary, BOP & Station), Power source and
service supply of site, office and accommodation area, Earthing system, DC & Batteries chargers,Motor control centers (excl GE Supplied), Generator Circuit breaker, ISO phase Bus
Duct (by GE).
Mechanical Works
4 x PG7141 (FA) Gas Turbine, Fuel gas system including gas compressors, compressed air
system, fire fighting system including piping, valves, hose cabinets, water drainage system,
water supply system, HVAC system, Overhead Crane, Exhause Stack Drainage system.
Instruments and Control Works
DCS system including control room Furniture, Cables and cable trays, Interface to the load dispatch center SCADA system, PA & Telephone system, Field instrumentation & Uninterrupted power supply.
